Refund and Returns Policy

At BD Pet City, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that if something isn’t right, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle product returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturer’s fault.
  • The product is within the return period (see below).

❌ Please note: Returns are not applicable for items that are:

  • Opened pet food bags/containers.
  • Perishable items (e.g., treats, fresh products).
  • Used or damaged by the customer.
  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).

2. Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt/order number.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Bkash/Nagad/Bank/Other).
  • If you paid Cash on Delivery, we will refund via mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad) after confirmation.

4. Exchanges / Replacements

If you received a defective or wrong item, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. We will send the correct product at no extra delivery cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping costs.
  • If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong item, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
